Happy anniversary to this newsletter! ๐Ÿฅณ It's been over a year since our first Monthly Updates email was sent out! Our celebration was based on hearing your invaluable feedback (and students' too) on various matters, from assessment item mapping to analytics tracking.

๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ปEasier Management of Linked Assessments

Goal: Simplify how educators manage linked assessments.
Update: Educators can now remove the mapping of linked assessments with a single click using a checkbox or cross button. Improvements also make assessment names easier to view and manage.

๐Ÿ“ŠImproved Analytics for Groups

Goal: Better understand how users interact with groups.
Update: New analytics now capture actions such as visiting group pages, searching for participants, and starting and then cancelling group creation. This helps improve the experience based on real usage.ย

๐Ÿ“šMaterials Experience Improvements

Goal: Make materials clearer and easier to navigate.
Update: A new โ€˜emptyโ€™ state has been added when no materials are available, helping users understand the page status. The materials layout and sidebar have also been improved for better navigation.

๐Ÿ”™Participant History Back Button on Mobile

Problem: The back button was not working on smaller screens.
โœ”๏ธ Solution: This has been fixed, and navigation now works correctly on mobile devices.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘Unassigned List in Group Creation

Problem: The unassigned list appeared empty when creating groups from an empty group set. โœ”๏ธ Solution: The issue has been resolved, and educators can now see the correct list when adding participants.
